Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Limechop (limechop.com and app.limechop.com), operated by Brandrip MB, Lithuania(“we”). By creating an account or connecting a Meta ad account you accept them.
1. The service
Limechop analyses advertisements published in public advertising transparency libraries, generates draft advertisements for your business, and — with your authorisation — creates those drafts in your Meta ad account in a paused state. Limechop does not activate ads, does not spend money, and does not publish anything on your behalf. Activating, editing and paying for ads happens in Meta Ads Manager, under Meta's terms, and is your decision.
2. Your account and your Meta connection
- You must be authorised to act for the business and the Meta ad account you connect.
- You can disconnect Meta or delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your access token and the data tied to it (see Deleting your data in the Privacy policy).
- Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Drafts, claims and responsibility
- Drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before activating it, and for its compliance with advertising law, Meta's Advertising Standards, and the rules of your industry.
- Drafts are generated from the “product truth” you provide. Keep it accurate: claims in drafts are only as true as what you tell us.
- Limechop transfers creative angles; it is designed not to reproduce competitors' copy, names or images. You must not use Limechop to copy, impersonate or disparage another business.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Limechop to break the law, to violate Meta's, Google's or TikTok's terms, to harass or target individuals, to advertise prohibited goods, or to probe or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Early access and pricing
During early access the service is free and provided as-is while we develop it. We may change or remove features and will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans. Early-access users will be offered a founder rate.
6. Intellectual property
You own the drafts created for your business and the content you provide. We own Limechop, its software, scoring methods and interface. Public ad-library content belongs to its advertisers and is used only for analysis under transparency rules.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular advertising results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero during early access), and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or ad spend decisions you make.
8. Termination
You can stop using Limechop at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; EU consumer protections that apply to you are unaffected. Questions: hello@limechop.com.
