Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Limechop (limechop.com and app.limechop.com), operated by Brandrip MB, Lithuania (“we”). By creating an account or connecting a Meta ad account you accept them.

1. The service

Limechop reads advertisements published in public advertising libraries (such as Meta's Ad Library, Google's Ads Transparency Center and TikTok's ad library) and makes advertisements for your business — pictures, videos and their texts — by copying the structure, format, pacing and angle of those public ads, retold in your business's own words, pictures and voice. Videos may include AI-generated people, voices, footage and music.

With your authorisation, Limechop creates your ads in your Meta ad account in a paused state, and prepares versions for other platforms that you download and upload yourself. Limechop does not activate ads, does not spend money, and does not publish anything on your behalf. Activating, editing and paying for ads happens in the ad platform, under its terms, and is your decision.

2. Your account and your Meta connection

• You must be authorised to act for the business and the Meta ad account you connect.
• You can disconnect Meta or delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your access token and the data tied to it (see Deleting your data in the Privacy policy).
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your ads and your responsibility

• Every ad Limechop makes is a suggestion. You decide whether to use it, and you review it before you activate or publish it.
• You alone are responsible for the ads you make with Limechop and publish — not Limechop — including any claim that an ad infringes someone's copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights, misleads, or breaks advertising law, an ad platform's rules or the rules of your industry.
• Ads are written from the “product truth” you provide (Settings › What the AI may say). Keep it accurate: claims in your ads are only as true as what you tell us.
• You must not use Limechop to impersonate another business or to disparage it.
• If anyone makes a claim against Brandrip MB because of an ad you made with Limechop, you will cover our resulting costs, damages and reasonable legal fees, and help us defend the claim. We will tell you about such a claim promptly. This does not apply where the claim is caused by our own fault.

4. AI-generated content

Pictures, videos, voices, people, music and texts are made by AI models. They can be inaccurate, and they can resemble existing material, people or ads. We don't guarantee that anything Limechop makes is unique, accurate, or free of other people's rights. Limechop adds a visible “AI-generated” label to ads as set in Settings, and pictures carry an embedded AI marker; keep them when you publish, wherever the law or the ad platform requires it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Limechop to break the law, to violate Meta's, Google's or TikTok's terms, to harass or target individuals, to advertise prohibited goods, or to probe or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans, balance and payment

Watching competitors is a plan (see Pricing): Free, or Pro, billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel Pro at any time and keep it until the end of the period you paid for.

Ads are paid one by one from a prepaid balance in euros, at the price shown on the button before you make the ad (today a picture is €1–€2 and most videos are €9–€20, excluding VAT; see Pricing). The price is taken when the ad starts being made and given back automatically if making it fails. You top up the balance by card through Stripe; if you switch on automatic top-up, you authorise us to charge your saved card the amount you chose whenever your balance falls below the level you chose, up to the monthly limit you set — you can switch it off at any time in Settings. VAT is added where it applies. A balance doesn't expire while your account exists. Unused paid balance is refunded on request within twelve months of the top-up; gift credit (such as the welcome credit on a new account) has no cash value and isn't refunded.

During early access we may change or remove features. We give reasonable notice before changing prices; a price shown on a button is the price you pay for that ad.

7. Who owns what

Whatever rights exist in the ads made for your business are yours, as is the content you provide. We own Limechop, its software, scoring methods and interface. Ads in public ad libraries belong to their advertisers; Limechop reads them to analyse them and to copy their structure for you.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular advertising results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero during early access), and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or ad spend decisions you make.

9. Termination

You can stop using Limechop at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; EU consumer protections that apply to you are unaffected. Questions: hello@limechop.com.
